Ethnical lobbying is a pressure of an ethnic group on state legislative and executive powers of resident country and / or their ethnic homeland, with a purpose of influencing policy. The author gives an overview of history of Ukrainian lobbying in the United States since 1960s and up to the present time, drawing to the conclusion about the need of mutual steps of Ukraine and its diaspora in the US.
