Within the program, the CPS supports youth initiatives towards realizing of the European choice for youth. There works a resource center for local Youth European Clubs in the Donetsk region (primarily, school-based), youth is attracted to work as volunteers (including Europe Days, international conferences, trainings, etc), partnerships are established to enable the participation of Donetsk youth in a number of international youth exchanges and cultural events within the EU Program "Youth in Action", consultations and advocacy events are conducted to propose legislation on the regional level concerning youth (in particular, during the drafting of the regional program on family and youth for 2008-2011).
